This outdoor sauna ships as an oversized freight item and may require a scheduled delivery appointment. Delivery timing varies based on current supplier availability and destination. Please inspect all components upon arrival and note any visible shipping damage at the time of delivery.

The Mande MW16 requires on-site assembly and appropriate site preparation before installation. The Standard configuration does not include a heater. Harvia KIP heater packages are available as selectable product variants, with electrical requirements varying according to the heater and controller selected.

A qualified electrician should complete any required electrical connections in accordance with the heater manufacturer's instructions and applicable local codes.

This product is covered by the manufacturer’s applicable warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, limitations, and exclusions are subject to the manufacturer’s current warranty terms. Harvia heaters and controls selected with the sauna may be covered separately under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Flame & Slate is available to assist with warranty questions and coordination with the manufacturer when needed.
