Delivery & Installation

This sauna ships as a large freight delivery and requires on-site assembly. Delivery is typically curbside unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for unloading arrangements, site preparation, assembly, and professional electrical installation where required. Please review the assembly instructions, site requirements, and delivery information before ordering.

Ships via freight carrier within the contiguous United States. Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance for oversized freight shipments.

The CT Luna is designed for straightforward assembly and includes detailed manufacturer instructions. Professional installation is optional.
