Inspecting Your Shipment
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and contact Flame & Slate as soon as possible. Prompt reporting allows us to work quickly with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve any issues.

Many products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners. This helps reduce handling, improve shipping efficiency, and ensures you receive factory-fresh products backed by the manufacturer's warranty.
